When Shraddha was started: It was a team of people who come together from different field and walk of life to make a discernable change to society with the work that they would do using education as the primary tool... currently the shraddha team comprises of people from different walk of life who have all come together with their varied experiences to work to words this one mission.
The team includes people from diverse backgrounds including social worker, activities Ph.D.'s, M.B.A. Civil Servants, Bankers corporate. Professionals consultants academicians medical professional etc.
